Janet Milner is a contemporary artist and printmaker. She draws from her memories, experiences, family and everyday observations. Her works are playful, sometimes text-based and sometimes figurative. Janet has a painterly approach to printmaking. Her more recent prints include monotypes, drypoints and woodcuts Janet gained an MA in Fine Art Printmaking from Camberwell UAL in 2012 Janet Milner has exhibited widely in the UK, highlights include: Royal Academy Summer Show, The Keepers House at The Royal Academy, Sunday Times Watercolour Exhibition, Royal Society of Watercolour, Discerning Eye, National Original Print at Bankside Gallery, RE: The Masters Relief, Bankside Gallery RE: The Masters Monoprint Bankside Gallery, Sussex Open at Towner Eastbourne, 'The Art of The Printmaker' Rye Art Gallery, Sussex Contemporary at Worthing Museum, London Art Fair, Woolwich Contemporary Print Fair, Multiplied Print Fair Christies, London Original Print Fair, The Hepworth Print Fair.
