Fawaz Rob is an international award-winning printmaker from Bangladesh. He studied in Chittagong, San Francisco, and Firenze. An architect by profession, he is a social activist. His printmaking art and his writing in newspapers are social commentaries about the injustices of our time. He accepts Goya's Los Caprichos as his biggest influence. Fawaz's words and artwork have managed to challenge Bangladeshi people's perceptions about the Rohingya community, atheism, and child poverty. His art has been exhibited in Paris, Istanbul, Zagreb, New Delhi, London, Kathmandu, and Dhaka.
