Tomasz Laczny is a British/Polish visual artist, bookmaker and printmaker. The core of his practice is storytelling. He works predominantly with books as a medium. His work consists of photography, drawing, text, spoken word and archival interventions. In his installation works, he plays with layering, appearance and disappearance, doubling and metamorphosis. He has published five books that have been recipients of numerous awards and exhibitions. His work has been featured in the British Journal of Photography and other magazines. His recently published photobook “Erna Helena Ania’’ is part of the MoMA library collection.
