GALLERY PORTALS

We are delighted to announce our ticketing partner for this year, ARTSVP.

Our new and improved ticketing system has a range of benefits, including personalised Gallery Portals, real-time guestlist views, gallery self-management of RSVPS and tickets, and email notifications when collectors have ‘checked-in’ to the venue.

All RSVP & ticket purchases are online, so please ensure to link any communications to the relevant page. We also recommend including an ‘add to calendar’ option.

  • We will email you directly with a link to activate your ARTSVP Gallery Portal. This is a free of charge service provided by WCPF.

    Once your portal has been activated, you will find all the information relating to ticketing and bookings in your portal.

  • Yes, you can request more tickets to our events, if you have exceeded the allocated quota. Please get in touch with Alex at info@woolwichprintfair.com

  • If you would like hard copy invitations, please let us know:

    1. How many copies

    2. For which event

    3. The gallery’s postal address for delivery.

    Our printer will deliver them directly to the gallery, so you can send the physical copies to your guests as desired. The invitations will include a QR code which will link to the RSVP portal/ticket page.

  • If you’re experiencing technical issues with the ARTSVP Gallery Portal, please use their online chat service to contact a member of the team.

  • EXCLUSIVE PREVIEW

    For your top-tier collectors, the Exclusive Preview Night offers guests exclusive first look access to WCPF24, plus free entry across all dates.

    An evening of complimentary drinks and cocktails by Maison Mirabeau, a live DJ set, and have-a-go printing demos. This event is an opportunity to really wow your VIP clients.

    4-6pm Collector Hour: 10 invitations per gallery

    6-9pm Private View Party: 20 invitations per gallery

  • WCPF24 (Daytime Entry)

    We encourage all galleries to share this complimentary invitation for WCPF24 with your broader Exclusive audiences.

    This invitation provides free admission to visitors during daytime hours (12-6pm).

  • New Collectors' Evening

    New Collectors’ Evening offers visitors the opportunity to learn key collector tips, how to find the very best of print, and master the art of investing at this year’s Fair. Enjoy a complimentary glass of Maison Mirabeau, live DJ, have-a-go print demos, and of course hundreds of artworks showcasing the very best of international contemporary print.

    New Collectors’ Evening is a great alternative bespoke offering for Exclusive Preview viewers who are unable to make the Preview.
