Children under 16 are not allowed in the hall at any time during installation for health & safety reasons.
With the exception of sculptural/installation works, all artworks on display must be hung on the panels provided and will not be allowed to remain resting on the floor of the stand unless hidden from view in a purpose-built storage area. Additionally print racks are only permitted on a stand if they can be accommodated in a storage area.
Wall-based works should, where possible and appropriate to the scale of the work, be hung to a central line and to the same central height (155cm to centre is recommended). Plinths should be kept to a minimum and be in a good state of repair.
No materials may be fixed in any way directly to the building walls.
Do not attach artworks directly to the panels using any type of cavity fixings such as toggle bolts or Velcro. Exhibitors will be charged for any damage caused to panels by incorrect fixings being used, or if marker/felt-tip pen has been used to write directly on to the panels.
Your stand should be ready by 2pm on Wednesday ready for our professional photographer to capture.
WCPF can provide technical support on request for an additional fee. This includes expert technicians for picture hanging and art installation and bespoke plinths and display cases. Please contact jack@woolwichprintfair.com to enquire about costs and services.

We ask that your stand is staffed at all times and all exhibits remain on display during Fair opening hours.
Please note that the halls will need to be vacated and secured 30 minutes after the close of the Fair (see fair timetable here).
Exhibitors are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their stands. Please leave all rubbish in the gangways to be cleared away daily, after the Fair closes by the WCPF team. Anything left in the gangways will be considered as litter and disposed of accordingly.
-
We request that you breakdown & remove all artwork on Sunday 16 November unless agreed in advance.
Children under 16 are not allowed in the hall at any time during breakdown for health & safety reasons.
The Fair will close at 18.00 on Sunday 16 November. Exhibitors may remain in the building until 21.00 hours on Sunday to wrap and pack any works in preparation for breakdown & removal on Monday.
It is essential that all works are taken down off stands, packed and removed by 10.00 on Monday 17 November. Please note that should any items be left in the hall after this time, the organisers will need to dispose of them and the cost will be passed onto the exhibitor.
-
Please remember, you the exhibitor remain responsible for making good any damage caused to the fabric of the building by you, your contractors or your agents. In your own interest, you should satisfy yourself as to the condition of your stand area before the hanging of your stand commences and after its clearance.
