DELIVERIES & ACCESS
Deliveries
Due to restricted road access we ask all exhibitors to ensure that all deliveries arrive on Monday 18 or Tuesday 19 November before 16.00.
The loading area is limited to 2 loading bays so it is essential that you book a specific timeslot.
There are to be no deliveries without prior consent made to the venue during the Fair’s opening hours.
SHIPPING & COURIER SERVICES
This year, we have partnered with shipping & courier companies: Crawfords, Mid Wales Freight, OTT Freight, & Art Logistics. As they will be delivering works across the UK and internationally for us, please get in touch with them directly for competitive rates, if you would like to organise shipping & courier services for WCPF.
PACKAGING ARTWORKS
We are also partnering with ArtPakk to give all exhibitors an exclusive offer to reduce exhibition costs. The most protective artbag on the market for artworks and frames, made with environmentally friendly materials.
All galleries receive 10% off trade price with no minimum order (for the period 27.07.23 - 30.11.23). To take up this offer call 01245 248662 or email info@forpakking.com. Provide the name of your organisation and code: WCPFPAKK. Payment can be taken over the phone or via bank transfer. ArtPakk will ship directly to you. All prices quoted are excluding delivery charges and VAT.
ACCESS
To ensure you and your team can gain entry to the building please list all staff requiring backstage access to the Fair using the form below. All participants must enter and sign in via the stage door access at the beginning of each day.
On your initial entry you will be given a wristband giving you access to the backroom areas for storage, preparation of meals, loos etc.
DEINSTALL
We ask all exhibitors to please ensure that all artworks are off the walls by 9pm on Sunday 24 November.
All artworks must be removed off site by 12pm on Monday 25 November.
