Ziqi Xu is an investigator, using printmaking to learn and reflect the uncertainties in human experience. After graduating from Camberwell College of Arts with first class degree in BA illustration in 2022, she has been working as an editioning printmaker. Ziqi’s recent etchings are from her first solo show ‘Siss / Phuss’ at Hausprint Studio in London, they are a reflection of the repeat and re-looking inherent in printmaking practice, as well as a self-portrait of the nameless and invisible printmaker.
