Ola Dajani

£0.00
Ola Dajani’s work is a response to the present moment that is often surrounded by complexities, anxieties and uncertainties. Her work seems to escape to a more reassuringly colourful and fantastical illusory world where beings and objects exist in simplistic surroundings.

Ola believes that image making must connect to the present moment and while exploring the feelings and responses connected to this fleeting present, Ola adopts an intuitive artistic approach that is process-driven with fearless investigation of shapes and materials as her point of departure, allowing for creative revelations to unfold unrestrainedly.

Born in Amman, Jordan, Ola lived in Dubai and Montreal before moving to England in 2020. Ola studied illustration and graduated with distinction from Camberwell College of Arts (UAL) in 2022. Prior to studying at UAL she worked for almost 10 years with textile and embroidery.

Ola has previously exhibited her work at Woolwich Contemporary Print Fair and had a number of exhibitions in Kent and the Middle East.
