Alice Macdonald (b.1992) is a London-based painter, printmaker and ceramicist. Her approach brings a lightness and play to her subjects, figures and landscapes through her use of canvas, hessian and paper in complex collaged surfaces which mix figurative and abstract languages of colour and form effortlessly. Alice made a series of mixed-media prints with Soho Revue in 2024 that are fine examples of this dynamic approach, mixing etching, monoprint and drypoint. Macdonald has recently shown with Oliver Projects, at the London Art Fair 2025 and with Soho Revue alongside Joana Galego in A Hand is Not a Cage.
