As a valued partner, we would love for you and your team to join us at the live event.
All RSVP & ticket purchases are done online, so please ensure to link any communications to the relevant page. We also recommend including an ‘add to calendar’ option.
If you would like hard copy invitations then please let us know how many copies you would like, and the address for our printer to send them to so you can distribute the physical copies if desired. These will include a QR code which will link to the RSVP portal / ticket page.

The VIP Press Night offers guests exclusive first-hand access to WCPF, plus free entry across all dates.
The evening consists of complimentary drinks by Mirabeau, a live DJ set, have-a-go printing demos - an opportunity to really wow your clients.

We encourage our partners to share this general advert with your broader audiences, e.g. via mailout or social.
This invitation provides the recipient with all the fair details but does not provide free admission to visitors.

New Collectors' Evening
Specially tailored to first-time buyers, the New Collectors’ Evening offers visitors the opportunity to learn key art investment tips, enjoy complimentary drinks by Mirabeau, a live DJ set, and have-a-go printing demos.
It is a great alternative bespoke offering for VIP clients who are unable to make the Press Preview (if you require free admission for them please get in touch with the WCPF Team).
