Tickets & Guestlist

IMPRINT operates two primary visitor phases:

  • Exclusive Preview — 28 October

  • Public Fair — 29 October – 1 November

Ticket allocation for artists reflects the limited capacity of the Exclusive Preview and the broader access of the public fair.

Exclusive Preview Guestlist

The Exclusive Preview is primarily reserved for invited collectors, institutional contacts, press, and key industry professionals.

Artists may submit names for consideration for inclusion on the Preview guestlist.

Please note:

  • Submission does not guarantee access.

  • Places are allocated based on capacity and overall guestlist balance.

  • Priority is given to collectors and professional contacts.

Preview guest names must be submitted by 14 September.

Artists will be notified once allocations are confirmed.

General Admission Tickets

Each participating artist will receive:

6 complimentary General Admission tickets

These may be distributed at your discretion for attendance during public fair days (29 October – 1 November).

Digital ticket codes will be issued in advance for direct sharing.

Best Practice

We recommend that artists:

  • Prioritise collectors, curators, and industry contacts for Preview consideration

  • Confirm attendance in advance

  • Personally follow up with invited guests

  • Share details of works on display prior to arrival

A considered approach to invitations supports a focused and professional opening environment.
