Andy Hibberd is a fine artist printmaker educated at the prestigious City and Guilds of London Art School. Combining the disciplines of painting and printmaking he creates unique multimedia three-dimensional edition prints. With a strong awareness of structure and negative space, his work navigates between the real and imaginary, order and disorder. Enduring architectural forms married with amorphous figures and floating fonts depict a world full of chaos, chance and serendipity.

From an original idea, designs are hand cut onto either large wood or Lino blocks. Using oil based inks applied by rollers - multilayered prints are then made using large ancient and rare, hand-powered printing presses. He often combines these works with other genres such as screen printed imagery.

Andy has exhibited at the Woolwich Contemporary Print Fair on three occasions. He is a current member of Gainsborough's House Print Workshop. He has recently been shortlisted for the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition 2024.
