Ian Brown has a long-standing interest in the natural world and a forensic fascination with the mediating processes of photography and print. The scale, power and beauty of elemental interactions have often provided the imagery for his prints.

Increasingly, concerns reflected in the prints, are directed at the impact on human populations as we disrupt and corrupt the planet’s systems.
