Stage designer, puppeteer, printmaker and comic books author
His work combines theater, street performances, comics and graphics techniques, especially screen printing. His graphic work is characterised by bold, powerful lines, playful juxtaposition and explosive use of colour.
He is the author of numerous graphic novels such as the adaptation of Karel Čapek's novel Krakatit (Tallpress 2009), The Time Master (Hura Kolektiv 2012),  the adaptation of Qiu Xiaolong's novel La Danseuse de Mao (script by Olivier Richard, Pika Edition, Hachett Livre 2019.
His book Nusle was awarded in the competition the most beautiful Czech book in 2015 for illustrations and He has won the prestigious award of the Graphic Artist of the Year of the national Hollar Association for serigraphy. In 2016 for his print Along the Stream and in 2022 for his print Together.
His set for performance Cabinet of Miracles was awarded as stagedesign of the year 2020 by national theatre Critics Award.
As a visual artist he has collaborated with many institutions such as the National Theatre, Czech Television, Czech Radio, Czech Centres and a number of non-profit organizations and private entities.
He is one of the founding members of the Hura Collective www.hura.cz. Since 2008, he runs the gallery and screen printing workshop called Hygiene station.
He is the leading figure in the giant puppets theatre troupe Echt Street Puppets, well known in Europe and Asia www.echtstreetpuppets.com.
Since 2010, he teaches at the Department of Alternative and Puppet Theatre at Academy of Performing Arts in Prague. Since 2019, as garant and head of stagedesign department.
He has exhibited his work in Prague, Paris, Berlin, Dresden, Vienna, Moscow and Taipei. He has conducted numerous workshops in the Czech Republic, Germany, Poland, Great Britain, USA and Taiwan.
