Exhibitor Pack

• Framing - Frame your work professionally and use D Rings for your fixings no mirror plates please. This can be done locally at your chosen framer or you use WCPF Framing and get your work delivered to he fair.

• Where can I drop off my Artworks - WCPF has 5 ways in which you can hand over your artworks:

1. In person at the Woolwich Contemporary Print Fair site

2. Via our Regional Drop offs

3. Via our framing service

4. Send your framed work internationally via PACK & SEND

5. Send your framed work internationally to our workshop

• Pack your work ready for Drop Off - see packing requirements and what you need to include and how to label here.

• Deliver your framed artwork and browser edition to your selected drop off location.

• Upload additional images for The Online | Edition.

• Register your guests tickets.

• Come to the Fair!

Please note these spaces have voluenteered their time and space so please be courteous with them and stick within the times provided. A late pickup fee of £20 will be charged on all works collected after the stated times.

• Share and Tag us in your posts and stories, and we will re-share them as much as we can!

For each artwork accepted please provide:

• 1 Framed Edition for display on the booth wall

• 1 Browser Edition to be put into our booth browsers - this edition needs to be unframed, backed with foam board and wrapped in cellophane. Buyers love taking artworks straight away so often jump at the chance to purchase works from the browsers.

• A reusable protective sleeve such as an Artpakk bag or Stiffy bag. Bags can be hand made but must be rigid and easy to move the framed and browser work in and out quickly. Failure to do so will cause extra stress to the logistics team. All reusable bags will be returned to the regional drop off points or collection points

*Unique works will not have a browser edition
